Electrician Callback ("we," "us"), operated by Landon Moore, a sole proprietor doing business as Electrician Callback, provides a missed-call text-back service for electrical contractors. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
When someone calls a phone number we operate for a business and the call goes unanswered, we receive the caller's phone number, the time of the call, and any text message they send in reply. When a business contacts us about our service, we receive the contact details they choose to give us, such as name, business name, phone number and email.
We use this information only to send the caller a single automated text message acknowledging their call, to let the business follow up with them, and to operate and improve the service. We do not use phone numbers collected through this service for marketing.
Text messages are sent only in response to a call the person made to the business's number. Message frequency is limited to a reply to that call, plus any conversation the person chooses to continue. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers who help us deliver messages, such as our telecommunications provider.
We share caller information with the business whose number was called, so they can respond. We use service providers, such as our telephony and hosting providers, to run the service, and they may process information on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
