Do I have to change my phone number?
No. Your existing number stays yours. The tracking number is an extra line that rings your cell, and you put it wherever customers find you online.
Will callers know it's automated?
The text is short and friendly and comes from a local number. You approve the wording, and it asks what they need so you can reply personally.
What does it cost after the pilot?
We'll agree that up front before the pilot ends. There's no contract, and you can stop anytime.
What about texting rules?
The text only goes to people who just called your number, and they can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Business texting registration is handled during setup.
